- Interior or exterior paint that is blistering or peeling: Excess moisture and/or high humidity can indicate from poor attic ventilation and a need to install more venting.
- Staining on interior ceilings and walls is an indication that your shingling is inadequate or damaged, and that ice dams on your roof may be allowing pooling water to leak through.
- Missing, cracked or curling shingles may indicate that your shingles have reached the end of their useful life and should be replaced.
